FRM and FRM-TC freezing radial microtomes and FSM and FSM-TC freezing sledge microtomes are complete tissue sectioning systems and consist of a Physitemp freezing stage paired with a precision radial or sledge microtome from Japan. These microtomes are well constructed and feature smooth, simple operation. Tissue sections down to 5 microns (radial) and 0.5 microns (sledge) can be made easily, with thickness, angle of cut and angle of attack easily adjusted.
